- Farzi Store has 7-day return policy. Farzi Store does not process your return or offer a refund after 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you. We conduct a quality check before shipping the product to you.
- Farzi Store cannot take returns some products such as Food items, Gift Cards, software, personal care items, magazines or novels. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable (liquids or gases) in nature.
- To cancel your order, Please mail your cancel request along with order number to email@example.com
- All cancellation request should reach us with in 48 hours of placing the order or before delivery of the product. Once the product is delivered, you will not be able to cancel the order. You may be able to return the product.
- For order made via credit card and debit card, it will take 10-12 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account. We don’t have COD facility apart from Delhi/NCR. So that after the process of the delivery, you will not be able to cancel your order.
How to process returns
- To process your returns, farzi store require invoice or email proof that is being sent you at the time of order.
- First, you have to send an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with an invoice when the product is delivered.
- We will send our courier boy to bring your product back to us.
- To Replace or return your product, we will inspect the product once it is received and send you an email of acceptance.
- If product looks accurate or fine as we delivered, We will refund or replace you again.
- If you gets incorrect product, you need to contact us on our mail email@example.com. We will take responsibility and new product will be sent on your same address.
Refunds applicable, if
- Your product must be in its original packaging and must be in same condition as it was delivered to you through us.
- Refunds are approval, we will process or credit your payment automatically within 30 days.
Refunds not applicable, If
- We found your product in its original condition as we delivered to you.
- We found missing some parts or product in your packet.
- We gets your products after 7 days of delivery.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received your refund on time, we would suggest you to check your bank account.
- If you have paid by credit card, then check your card statement. Depending on who your credit card service provider it is, it may take time for the refund to show in your account.
- If you have paid by Debit card, Please contact your bank branch and they will be able to assist you.

Exchange and Shipping only applicable if,
- We only exchange products if the product is damaged or defective. If you product is damaged or defected and need to be returned. Send us an email at email@example.com or send your item at our office address : H-5/69, Rohini sector- 16, New delhi – 110089.
- If you are returning a product, we will work with one of our shipping partners to collect the item from you. Incase our shipping partners are unable to pick the product from you, you will have to send the product back to us. The cost of shipping borne by you will be added to the cost of the product and will be returned back to you.
- If you are shipping an item costing over Rs 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The replaced or exchanged product may take time to reach you depending on your location.
